Freedom National Insurance purchased a building with a very dated, unsophisticated look and feel. The space had low ceilings, old 2×4 parabolic & prismatic fluorescent lighting, and a very choppy floor plan that had a tremendous amount of wasted space. Tellus negotiated the project and was awarded an absolutely ideal client; a client that had very specific ideas and vision yet informed Tellus that it was up to their design team to create the mood and feel for their corporate culture. Having the project manager, interior designer, general contractor and LED lighting consultant under their umbrella, Tellus was completely in charge of every phase of the project. Their concept was to open up the space, increase the volume by removing most of the ceilings and create open collaborative spaces that allowed flexibility for Freedom National’s different departments. The LED lighting, bold paint colors and unique furniture created “the vibe.”
