Tellus Design + Build announces a one-page feature in the ‘Living Well in Los Angeles’ November issue of Architectural Digest magazine. This special section, highlighting superior local home professionals, featured Tellus as the sole Design and Build firm.
The exposition, highlighting beautiful images of completed projects, contains details about Tellus’ work and its core beliefs ⎯ including the notion that design and build firms need to be more transparent with their clients regarding services and expenses.
“We completely defy the old-school, corrupt, ‘good ol’ boy’ build model,” states Jesse Fowler, President of Tellus. “An absurd amount of contractors exploit their clients, charging for avoidable expenses or failing to share the full amount clients will ultimately pay for a service. At Tellus, we flip that model on its head, providing clients not only with excellent service, but also with foresight and clarification stemming from years of experience.”
This desire for transparency with clients is motivated by the client manipulation and competitor errors that Fowler and his partner have witnessed during their decades in the industry. Fowler adds, “With our distinctive business model, we are doing everything in our power to better our industry by respecting our clients’ trust.”
