- Consultation to review project scope, client needs, and to get to know who we are working with
- Produce an inspiration and concept packet to share our initial ideas and understand the client’s design sensibility
CREATIVE CONCEPTS & INITIAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Floor plan layouts
- 3D modeling and renderings
- Virtual reality presentations
- Initial material selections
- Meetings throughout this process, narrowing down into one final design with which to build
KICK OFF & SELECTION MEETINGS
Design selections will inevitably change… and that’s okay! Whether this is a result of seeing the construction in person and visualizing minor adjustments, or budgetary restrictions or enhancements, this is why we allow the interior design and selection process to bleed into the construction phase.
- We start with visits to slab yards and fixture/appliance retailers
- We guide you through the selection process where all the “touching and feeling” can occur
- We outline maintenance and care

Lead times are an important item to manage during the construction process to ensure that materials, fixtures, and appliances are delivered in a manner that does not cause delays to the construction schedule.
